Cooking with astrology (Capricorn, Aquarius , Pisces)

Capricorn

Capricorns are a mentally active sign and have a fast metabolism. They also have the strict discipline needed to go on a structured diet.

Advice
Cooking according with astrology rules is a must for Capricorn in order to keep the bones, skin and teeth in prime condition. Capricorns should include a fresh raw salad, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, fish, eggs, whole-grain breads in their diet every day. They need lots of calcium food, such as cheese, buttermilk and yogurt.

Aquarius
They only eat food because they're stuck here on earth
. Aquarians maintain good health with nutritious and tasty appetizers and vegetable salads.

Advice
Aquarians should exclude all sweets - candy, cakes, and processed carbohydrates. A small amount of dark chocolate is acceptable. Aquarians should use a foods that burn fat and is high in protein, like fresh fruits and vegetables & whole-grain breads. Other foods that are very good for Aquarians are chicken, beets, broccoli, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, pineapple, pomegranates, figs, dates, brown rice, whole wheat, yogurt & natural cheeses.


Pisces
Pisceans are noted for their well-shaped feet, and many become excellent dancers. Their sense of taste and smell are exceptionally acute. The key to their good health is to establish moderate habits. With a minimum of care, a well-balanced diet, moderate exercise, rest they can feel younger.

Advice
Lack of iron in the system can lead to anemia. Astrology suggests that they include in their diet liver, lean beef, lamb, egg yolks, oysters, kidneys, dried beans, beet , spinach, onions, lettuce, apricots, peaches, grapes, apples, lemons, oranges.
