Astrology about diet for PISCES

Pisces is a water sign which is under the great influence of the Neptune. They always need iron and potassium salts. But iodine is even more necessary for their organisms. All these vital elements are contained into buckwheat, beet liver, garden radishes, almonds, pomegranate and seafood. Algae, Seaweed and Water Mosses are also keeping astrological diet balance for Pisces. They need in foodstuffs which are rich in C, D and E vitamins for keeping vitamin balance. They also need sugar to rehabilitate nervous system. Sugar is useful but within reasonable limits.

OYSTER SOUP
Season two quarts of oysters with a little cayenne. Then take them out of the liquor.
Grate and roll fine a dozen crackers. Put them into the liquor with a large lump of fresh butter.
When the grated biscuit has quite dissolved, add a quart of milk with a grated nutmeg, and a dozen blades of mace; and, if in season, a head of celery split fine and cut into small pieces. Season it to your taste with pepper.
Mix the whole together, and set it in a closely covered vessel over a slow fire. When it comes to a boil, put in the oysters; and when it comes to a boil again, they will be sufficiently done.
Before you send it to table put into the tureen some toasted bread cut into small squares, omitting the crust.

BEFF AND BEAN KABOBS
Serve with a brown rice pilaf and steamed artichokes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 pound beef top round steak, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
1/2 pound extra firm tofu, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
1 small red or green bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
4 green onions, trimmed and cut in half crosswise
Serves: 4 Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour Instructions: Mix wine, garlic and pepper; pour over beef and tofu. Marinate 30 minutes. Drain, reserving marinade. Thread beef, tofu, bell pepper and onion on skewers. Grill over hot coals or under the broiler, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade, until beef is done and vegetables are tender, 5-8 minutes.

PINEAPPE MUFFINS
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
2 lightly beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour
6 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup coconut
1 can crushed pineapple (about 13-14 ozs)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350oF, prepare pans. Melt butter, blend in milk, eggs & pineapple. Combine sugar, flour, b/pdr, salt & coconut. Add to wet mix until just combined. At this stage if mixture is too dry add another 1/4 cup of milk. Spoon into pans & sprinkle tops with sugar, bake for about 20 mins or until golden brown. This recipe came from a lady that makes muffins for a living, consequently they will rise up rather large! You might like to try them with less baking powder. Stars plan this diet for Pisces, but it is really good food for any astrological sign. Enjoy your meal!
